Deserving winners
Finalists for each category were chosen by our esteemed panel of judges who have spent a great deal of time and commitment to scoring these worthy individuals. Independent judges are selected based on their work experience, level of education, and contributions to the Canadian community. Their evaluation will carry a weight of 50% while the remaining 50% weight will be assigned to public voting. Judge scores and public voting scores are consolidated to select a winner.
The first round of voting will have 6-7 finalists, where your vote will help qualify the top 3 finalists to proceed to the second round. You will then have the opportunity to vote again, where your vote, along with the weighted scores submitted by our judges, will help us decide the winner! This style of engagement with our audience ensures the Awards are presented purely on merit, after multiple rounds of scores and votes. Your vote will help us recognize inspirational Muslim leaders who have demonstrated significant achievement, leadership, and commitment to serving their community.
