The MAX Mentorship vision is a Texas where young Muslim professionals continue to break glass ceilings and achieve excellence.
Our professional mentorship program connects early-career mentees with mid-career / senior- level mentors. Our goal is to help a new generation break glass ceilings while also providing an opportunity for seasoned professionals to give back and help professionals grow and develop.
The relationships formed through these experiences are often life-changing. They are an excellent opportunity for both parties to learn and create strong bonds between the community.
Program Benefits
Industry Managers
MAX Mentorship Industry Managers serve as pivotal guides and mentors to a pod of a group of professionals joining our mentorship program. Their leadership roles will encompass orchestrating various mentorship activities, sharing industry insights, and fostering a supportive environment for the professional development of our mentees and mentors.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide strategic direction and support to mentors and mentees, ensuring productive and meaningful interactions.
- Expertise and Insight: Share your industry knowledge and experience, offering valuable insights and advice to help mentees navigate their careers.
- Community Building: Foster a supportive and ambitious community within your pod, encouraging collaboration, networking, and mutual growth.
- Program Ambassadorship: Represent MAX Mentorship at events, workshops, and networking sessions, promoting the program and its mission to a broader audience.
