Program Overview & Vision

MAX Executive Sanctuary is a private, high-trust executive council designed for leaders who carry real decision authority and institutional responsibility.

Over a 10-month program, a carefully selected cohort of eight executives meets in a structured, confidential environment to engage in disciplined dialogue on real decisions, challenges, and long-term strategy.

This is not a networking group or a traditional leadership program.

It is a focused forum built to strengthen judgment, provide perspective, and reduce isolation at the highest levels of leadership.

Who Should Apply

This program is designed for senior leaders who:

  • Hold primary decision authority (CEO, President, C-suite, Managing Director)
  • Are accountable for people, capital, and long-term outcomes

This is not intended for early-stage professionals or those seeking general learning or community access.

Program Format

A structured, high-discipline format designed to maximize value without unnecessary complexity.

  • 8 executives per cohort
  • Monthly 4-hour sessions (10-month cycle)
  • One private 4–5 day retreat
  • Closed-door, moderated discussions
  • Strict confidentiality and non-transactional environment

Each session is built around real, current executive challenges, not theory or presentations.

Designed Differently

Sanctuary is intentionally designed to go beyond a traditional forum experience. Throughout the program, members benefit from:

  • Private executive sessions with select senior leaders: Occasional closed-door fireside conversations with experienced operators, investors, and institutional leaders
  • Specialized facilitation when required: Select sessions may include experienced moderators to deepen discussion and maintain discipline
  • Member-influenced direction: The cohort plays an active role in shaping key discussion themes and focus areas across the year

Rotating hosting opportunities: Members may choose to host sessions at their own offices, creating context and exposure to different operating environments

The Experience

Participation provides access to a rare environment where leaders can engage openly with true peers, step back from day-to-day pressures, and strengthen how they think and decide over time.

Members gain:

  • Direct access to a trusted group of senior decision-makers
  • Structured discussions on real-time challenges and decisions
  • Exposure to diverse perspectives across industries and roles
  • A private retreat focused on clarity, reflection, and long-term thinking

The value is not in content, it is in the quality of the room, the discipline of the structure, and the relationships built over time.
