MAX Mentors
What is MAX Mentors?

At MAX Mentors, our vision is a Canada where young Muslim professionals continue to break glass ceilings and achieve excellence. 

We pair early-career professionals (0-5 years of experience) and newcomers with experienced professionals in the community for one on one mentorship. Today, we offer our program in 3 Canadian cities (Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver) and 1 US city, Texas.

Each mentor/mentee pair will be placed in industry focused pods where there will be 1-on-1 mentorship, a chance to build your network, and have an industry manager to help guide your experience.

How does MAX Mentors work?

Apply

Apply to be a mentor or mentee. (Canadian Mentor/Mentee applications are open from February 15 to March 7, 2024.)

Hear

Hear back from the MAX Mentors team. We will reach out to you within 3 weeks of your application if you are a successful applicant.

Attend

Attend the mandatory Speed Matching event in mid-April. This is when you will meet your potential mentor/mentee in person.

Connect and Engage

Stay connected. Meet with your mentor/mentee pair monthly. Engage in industry/social events with your industry pod organized by your industry manager.

Graduate

Graduate with your industry pod and celebrate the end of the 2024 MAX Mentors cohort!
