What is MAX Circles?
At MAX Circles, we make things happen. Our vision is to unite ambitious, high-performing, and forward-thinking individuals who have the drive to elevate professional achievements to unprecedented heights, while making a positive impact on the community. Through our program, we bring together leaders, visionaries and builders into dynamic, discipline-focused Circles. These Circles lay the foundation for uplifting goals and visions, sharing and leveraging resources, and most importantly, striving for collective excellence.
We’ve established 29+ Circles across a multitude of disciplines and seniority levels since launch in 2024, and are now looking for promising talent to further build and strengthen the program via Cohort III in 2026.
How it Works
- Members are placed in Circles of 6-12 professionals with similar industry experience.
- Each Circle commits to the program pillars: credentialing, collaborating and creating.
- Circles meet every 4-6 weeks for 60-90 minutes in-person or virtually (at the Circle’s discretion) to drive meaningful outcomes and empower one another.
- Circle Members obtain access to the full program network and benefit from opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration during program-hosted dinners, meetings and events.

Our existing network of 250+ Circle Members includes executives, senior-level professionals in finance and law, serial entrepreneurs, and innovators in the healthcare and engineering space, as well as promising young talent with a drive to solve for a better tomorrow.

Circle members are primarily based in the Greater Toronto Area, but also across Canada and internationally (e.g., United States, Middle East).
Diverse representation (industries, companies and geographic location) enables Members to capitalize on opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration, share unique insights, and broaden their worldview as they think for the future and continue to excel professionally.
What’s New?
For 2026, we are taking a new approach to deepening our Circles’ relevancy for members, and the community members at large. As a result, we are focusing our efforts on creating niche Circles across sectors that are currently not represented in our program:

- Social Impact
- Sustainability
While our priority for this year is to build these specific Circles, we are open to and encourage applicants from across the industry.

- What is the difference between MAX Circles and MAX Mentorship?
MAX Circles and MAX Mentorship are distinct programs. MAX Circles focuses on bringing together like-minded individuals to elevate professional achievements to new heights and solve for the future. Circle Members work together to uplift goals and/or visions, pool and share resources, and strive for collective success. MAX Mentorship pairs early-career professionals, graduating students and newcomers with experienced professionals for one-on-one mentorship.
- Am I able to be a part of both MAX Circles and MAX Mentorship?
Yes, of course! MAX Circles and MAX Mentorship are not mutually exclusive. The programs operate with distinct visions and outcomes, and individuals may apply for both programs.
- Who is MAX Circles designed for?
This program is designed for ambitious, high-performing and forward-thinking professionals with a passion to accelerate their own careers, drive to support others in doing the same, and a desire to propel the broader community forward. Members of the program are motivated by collective success.
- What is the time commitment for this program?
Circles meet every 4-6 weeks for 60-90 minutes, either virtually or in-person (based on Circle member preferences). We consider this program to be low on commitment, but high on discipline and consistency.
- How do you determine Circle allocation?
Successful applicants will be placed in a Circle based on their educational and/or professional background, as well as level of industry experience.
- How do I apply and what is the application process like?
We are currently accepting applications for Cohort III intake. Please submit an application before April 30th, 2026 and we will contact you by May 9th, 2026 if you are shortlisted for an interview.
- How often do you accept new members?
We accept admissions into the program on a case-by-case basis after the official Cohort intake time period.
- I am currently a Member of the program. Am I able to refer a friend?
